These are classroom rules for my kindergarten class in the future. This was created for my Independent Learning Project #2.

   Data collection (surveys) and reporting in Excel can be very beneficial when teaching in a classroom. Data Collection can not only be useful in assessing students knowledge before learning a specific subject matter, but it can also be useful when trying to reach out to parents for information you as a teacher may need in order to build a successful classroom. I specifically will probably use surveys in order to access the understanding of the students in my class before I begin to teach a lesson. I may try and see if they have any prior knowledge on a subject before I go into detail about the subject that they may already know and may not need me to go into such full detail on it. Excel can be useful when trying to send out information to parents and also when signing up to do certain things that I as the teacher may need help with. I can also use excel as an additional grade book and a place to store important information on each child. These two things will make my classr...
